Well, the toaster worked great in the beginning and now it doesn’t even brown the bread it used to do earlier. I cannot even request for replacement since the fault show up after a month. I was excited to use this everyday but it has become a useless equipment.
Good product if u want an true toaster dont get it but if u want to use both as toaster and a grill u can buy it, and it is not an exemptional product but good to buy

It is good product but lots of cons too 1. No Popup 2. Toast the breads only with Grill 3. Very slow 4. If you increase the guage then it burns the bread 5. If you kept at 4 or 5 the the bottom of bread will not turn golden it will be white but tosted But it is asthetically very pleasing but not the value of money...

Not satisfied, body is too thin, it becomes extremely hot when bread slices are toasted, not recommended to buy, did not expect this from branded company like Philips
I bought this multiple times for myself and for my cousins. Its working fine for last couple of years. Happy to get service from Philips.
